I'm glad you came back to this, because I hadn't been entirely satisfied with the ending of the previous fic and I'm glad to see a continuation and new possibilities for your characters.

Plus, I'm just glad to see an AU and a long fic. I still love the characters, but I'm tired of canon, so this is perfect!

This is a great start - intriguing and hot! I kinda love how Sawyer is this elusive mystery that neither Jack nor Sayid can hold onto. I'm looking forward to more!

Thank you! You know it was your comment the other day in my LJ post that was the impetus to get moving on it at last! I have been letting it lie and it was very slack of me, although it is the truth that I don't get as much online time as some people. I was also waiting for the banner, and having nudged the maker into finishing that, I no longer had any excuse!

I know what you mean about the earlier story, and I always thought it needed revisiting! I just wasn't sure where the muses would take me, but I'm fairly happy with how it turned out, even though I wonder if others will 'get it'!

You know me, I seldom write canon anyway, so an AU was definitely the way to go! ;-)
