Never a huge fan, but I think a bunch of yous are. Their last performance in NYC, just may be August 2nd at the very horrible Webster Hall. That is until they re-unite in five years for Coachella or something and charge $9,000 for their re-unition tour.

Wah-wah. Oh well. Better to go out while you're at the peak of your game, than to fizzle out and suck for years (like Pearl Jam).

I don't think there's ever been a band I've been really into that has broken up--I'm into bands that aren't around anymore whom I discovered after the fact, or I lose interest in bands that are currently around before they break up.

I avoice heart break that way.
