Just a theory; could it be related to your recent food alergy discovery? I know a couple people who are gluten intolerant and it has a similar effect...

??

Oh dear. I didn't think about the allergy affecting my mood, but it's quite possible. Crap. Maybe I should be more diligent in cutting out those foods.

Cake crash? madjoyous October 3 2007, 20:03:29 UTC
Maybe its the crash after a suger high after eating the hi-glycemic index food, like delicious chocolate cake? I swear I hate nutrition class. it has me running all over the place reading food labels etc. Last night after (grudgingly) making it to the laundromat and studying nutrition, I HAD to go to the grocery store to find more fiber-rich foods. Hi-fiber oatmeal, one that is NOT loaded with lots of added sugars, popcorn (I just got an air popper!) and then yogurt because I'm concerned I'm not getting enough dairy (and also since my nails are dry and bitter.) Okay, enough about me. But say again about the prego-bit???????

Congrats-ho! (In hawaiian that means "again"--since that other guy said congrats) About the house! I'm jumping up and down and exhaling relief right now! :)

Here's the funny thing. A crash from sugar generally isn't immediately after you've swallowed the last bite, it's at least 30 mins after... right?

Ya. I'm with you on the fiber thing, but what am I supposed to eat if I can't have whole wheat or wheat bran?

I got a lot of research ahead of me. :-(
