David Levithan was my god in high school. Boy Meets Boy is really good, and I definitely recommend The Realm of Possibility, the style he writes it in is super funky but I think you'd like it. ♥

I keep telling myself I'm gonna' read The Hunger Games! It's been on the best selling shelves at the local bookstore for like, nearly 2 years now. Prob'ly more. I think this summer I'll knock a few of those badboys down. I think for the most part I just never really knew what the series was about, ahaha. But I've yet to read a bad thing about it. P:

I keep seeing friends recommend The Hunger Games... guess this means I should get myself down to the book store and start reading? xD After I um, finish the stack of books by my bedside... How many books in the series and it's complete, yes?

Yeeees, totally yes! :D There are three books, in order: The Hunger Games, Catching Fire, and Mockingjay. They're very easy to read through and none of the books are too long, I believe.

Ooh I like things that come in 3's. That just confirms in my strange little OCD world that I need to read them! :D And I do have a few more days off until it's back to work.

I'm a huge book junkie with mysteries/crime/detective novels...I keep meaning to branch out into other genrs. Lol, but I'm lazy when it comes to searching out recs xD;;;;;

I think I read a fanfic last year where someone based it on the hunger games and it was fascinating!

XD Tell me about it, I've been reading too many trilogies recently than I should be. They just seem more appealing!

Oh! Would you happen to have any books in those genres to recommend? I've actually been reading a lot of fantasy and kind of want a break from them. I also feel like I shouldn't start another dystopian for a while since they're so involved. XD

That's awesome! I'm curious to know what kind of world they came up with for the games!

Im kinda stuck reading the 3rd book coz i guess district 13 was even more distasteful to me than the hunger games but ill finish it soon!

!! You're reading it too! :D I totally know what you're going through. Mockingjay was the hardest to read of the three. Especially with all of the politics. I loved the first two so much and the third was such a change! Anyhoo, come back when you're finished~ :D
