Usually I ride for 20 minutes in the morning then walk around a fair bit at work and can go until 2-3pm without lunch and not feel too hungry.

Today at home I have been sitting on my bottom with no exercise, I have eaten both breakfast and lunch plus an orange, 3 handfuls of almonds and a chocolate bar and it's not yet 12pm and I'm still hungry!
