So I took a few pictures of the condo while I was there with the realtor. They're up online if anyone wants to take a gander. Some of the walls are painted various shades of blue, which will need to change, and the carpet in the master bedroom needs to be put in, as well as a bit in the dining room area, but those are really the only immediate

I was going to say that the blue doesn't look so bad, but then in one of the pictures I was like, "okay, if that's really what it looks like, maybe he does need to repaint it." But there's a fireplace! I'm a sucker for fireplaces...

The blue is really, really subtle in the living room and dining room, but it's very overpowering in the guest bedroom.

Fireplace definitely wasn't a requirement or even a desire...I don't really like fireplaces at all, but I like the place otherwise, so it's definitely not a deal breaker... The neat thing is that the coax for the TV comes out of the top of the fireplace so the TV can get put up there if we so desire...or not. We shall see should we get the place :)

lol, yeah, I think a fireplace would be neither a deal-breaker nor deal-maker(?) for me too, honestly. But it would definitely be a plus! In any case, it does look like a nice place for a TV if you do go with the place. Have you checked anything else out?
