This was tough as I could see a few characters being good fits for you, but I think I'm leaning slightly more towards Winry. What you said about rowing reminded me of her and how she acts when it comes to what she likes to do and I think Winry can be described as strong-willed, loyal, creative as well. Your "And/Or" answers reminded me of her character as well. :)
