12:33Today is dry. Cold, but dry. Although, hving read some of last year's December and January posts last night and recalling how I suffered from the cold then, it would seem that either this year is not as cold (yet) or that I notice it less. Considering what I recall of the actual temps, i'd say it mostly isn't as cold but I also seem to be less

Be wary with the cinnamon- I suspect a major component of the crash I had with the cinnamon/clove blend was too much cinnamon.

I still feel like this latter mix could use more grounding, i'm just not sure how to do it yet

Maybe coarse-ground ginger?I find that it links very well with cinnamon, at least in teas, and it doesn't have any active properties I know of except helping with stomach trouble.
