All I can think of is AUGH horse hair on bare skin AUGH. I used to ride in shorts all the time when I was little (bareback) and the damage is did to my skin... AUGH.
I didn't realize it either, although I have seen bareback jumping before, just not naked, and even then I was wondering how a man can do that safely...
Although, to be honest, riding in general has some... tender... issues for men. Obviously men have ridden horseback for millenia, but I've been around firsttime male horseback riders complain about their balls to know that if you're not doing it properly it can hurt. It can hurt for a girl, too, like riding a bike.

I didn't realize a guy could ride around like that. I kept waiting for him to land a jump and just wince in pain.
