(I have approximately 20,000 words left to go on my thesis. hurrah?)

This is more for myself, than anyone else. I was updating my profile the other day, sort of trimming fandoms, moving them around and stuff, and just got to thinking about what I spend most of my (fannish) time thinking about, and watching.

The sad thing about POTC fandom is that a few folks are lovin' on one perspective and hatin' on the other one, to the detriment of the community's peace and good will. Happily, most of that kerfufflage seems to have blown away like a summer squall.

Oh, I'm glad I missed that. *g* I hold only love for the films and the characters.

Jane Austen - yes! I prefer Persuasion rather than Emma, but then I love all her books, even "The History of England" :-) And Bath! I've got a special recipe book from her times when I was at Bath last time :-)
I'm looking forward to read your new HL stories.

Persuasion! I love it. I love them all, really. And yes, Bath, I could live there, easily. It's such a beautiful place.

Ummm... pardon me for a few minutes while I go stare and drool over Connor. ;D *deep sigh*

I try to keep my fandoms to a minimum so I don't know how you manage all yours. lol Right now, I've just got Highlander, Smallville, Queer As Folk, and just added Torchwood and started watching Doctor Who.

Ah, well you've got me beat. I'm only following six fandoms right now and I'm finding it difficult to keep track of them. They be: Highlander, Blake's 7, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Tin Man and BtVS.

Thank goodness for shows not currently airing! :D Makes it easy. Sadly I haven't had time to watch HL in ages. :(

I would be completely lost if I tried to follow that many fandoms with shows still on the air!
I haven't watched HL in awhile either :(
