Someone alerted me to the linoone vs kadabra card, but arent the vs cards only worth like 5 at the most? Why is that one 20$? :c

So I bought this lioone vs Kadabra card in a packaged deck in an antique store in Japan and when I was buying this card, this Vs. Card on the top and I thought the others in this packaged deck would be other pokemon cards but when I bought this deck for ¥3200 which is about $32, all of the other cards were other animation cards such as Naruto and one piece :((( also because lioone is a popular pokemon...
