Sam was feeling good. Nervous, but good. Quinn had looked amazing at her graduation and he was incredibly proud of her. He still had a niggling doubt and fear that she'd meet someone else at college and he was terrified of them going public but he knew it was the right thing to do. He figured if things went badly? There were other cities and other states to live and work in. Like New York, perhaps.
He was having a relaxing afternoon before he would call up Quinn and see if she was still on for dinner with him later. He bit on his bottom lip as he concentrated on a drawing he was doing in his living room, something calm and relaxing to pass the time. But then, the door sounded with a knock and he was shifting, moving to stand up to go and answer it. He had a pencil still between his fingertips and, when he saw her there, his eyebrows rose and he looked at her. "Quinn? Hey..."
