Dear Internet,
I just fell over and hit my head really badly and now my spine's going to be completely out of line for Reading and I just had a back doctor appointment so I'm not going to see her again for over a month.   I've decided I should really stop falling over.  It's not doing my progress any favours.  I really should have thought of this

Oh dear. I hope your back decides that Reading is fun and pleasant and not for hurting at.
