I won't pretend to understand what any of this meant. I think I've made sense of some of it, but the reasons are as unimaginable as ever. I hope everyone's okay now. The castle... well, I've been there once but it's very difficult to get there from here. I don't think I could really explain how to do it.

Oh... well, I didn't explain those because I don't think it'll really affect you too badly while you're here, Todd. The curses are just... what we call weird things that happen in the City, you shouldn't worry too much about it.

Well things like that. I turned into a bird once, but it wasn't too bad because it was just for a day and I liked flying around. Some of them aren't nice, but they don't last very long.
