Are you ready to have a religious experience?

About two months ago I wrote a little Inception story called Kobayashi Maru. I like it, it's a good story. It doesn't make me want to go, "No, that wasn't me. You must be mistaken."

A day later I posted this wee thing called How to Dress Your Man/Character: An Informal Tutorial Heavy on the PicSpamOne of the designers I made sure to mention in ( Read more... )

OH, GOD!

The man can cut a jacket for real! I love many if not all of the suits. I ADORE the biscuit colored coat at the beginning of the second group. And the long lingering shots of HOT ARSES made giggle, repeatedly.

Thanks so much for linking this!

Although I still think his trousers break in a weird spot.

You had me at "tats."

ETA: I still think I'm more of a fan of women's fashion, but I loved the presentation here. It was very different. I also enjoyed how he slowly began integrating color and all of a sudden, the pieces just popped with bursts of it. I'm a fan of the black/white with a hint of color as a detail. Alexander Skarsgard did it at comic con last year, with a black suit and a red/pink pair of socks. I saw it here in blue, which is my favorite color. Perfection.

I was a fan of the full color suits as well, especially the ones that were accessorized. Loooooved the third suit in the second set (after everyone appeared to have left the stage) and that fabulous green scarf on that dude at the end of the show.

This was a huge collection and I appreciate how much diversity there was amongst the models. Very interesting work and I could picture Eames in a lot of these pieces.

I appreciate all kinds of fashion, so I'm glad you liked it :)

As for diversity among the models, yeah, it's one of the things I love about him. I find minority designers tend to have more diverse shows in general.
