I am strangely compelled by that story. Yes. Strangely...compelled. This "Matt" creature interests me. Also, for some reason, the Riggins, who hardly makes an appearance in the story and yet is somehow gripping.

And yet: teenagers playing football. This cannot end well, is my thinking.

Hmmm. So. Stories. Are there other stories? Are there pairings I should know about?
