Love isn’t disappointing as long as you’re not blind to the reality of what’s there.

The same could be said for almost anything, except for when the reality of the situation is disappointing - which means you had expectations, which I guess Fraser wouldn't ever do. Except he does; this is. Oh. Hm. This.
