Major Frustration with Dell!!!

I am really ready to pull my hair out, here! I ordered a laptop from Dell nearly 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Now Dell wants to charge me even more for it! Here's the complete story, mostly copied from an email I sent to a manager at Dell.

Wow.... that's like worse than I can ever imagine. I think I would have been complaining like mad after day 1. Dell has an outlet store online, which is suppose to be good. But personally I think Dell is evil, what with how they developed the nice fields I grew up around.
