December has been a strange month for a December. The weather has been odd for a start - no boiling hot days that make me want to soak myself in the women's pool at the beach hanging over the edge sipping a juice from melonhead. I had a lovely day yesterday. I had no clients booked in. I went to my usual 6am yoga class and had a fantastic session. We did lots of twists and backbends and it really opened up into my third chakra. I felt connected and totally in my body and soooo laid back. I've been concerned for several months now about my mother's family in Lebanon. Luckily, they have all survived the bombing. I am amazed at the courage of the Lebanese - a cousin who lectures at the American University of Beirut left on a scheduled business trip to Australia and was followed on the road to Damascus by Israeli bombs.
