"Snarky" would be a great choice of mood. That poor lady! I'd be ripping my hair out in handfuls if I had to go THREE weeks with no hot water--and in winter?!

I'd have killed someone over being without hot water that long.

But I wouldn't have only waited on one company. I would have called someone else to come take care of and then sued Sears for the money.

And can't you change the description of mood and put in your own rather than taking one of the "canned" ones? I thought you could, but that may be only with a paid account.

I think Snarky is a much needed emotion. I have a feeling I'd probably over use it though.
