Castle, Castle. And maybe Haven.

Nov 20, 2012 00:06

So, I have watched last week's ep of Castle, and the one that was on tonight. I enjoyed them both. I may have enjoyed last week's a bit more. ( I will discuss here )

haven, castle

Thanks for putting that you are on the Canadian timetable at the front of Haven so I could be sure I could read your comments. **hugs for being spoiler conscious**

It's two in the morning, so I can't be articulate, but I will say, I love this post!

Now, I am off to drop into a bed or onto a couch somewhere until morning...

To be honest, I put that I was on the Canadian timetable in there mostly so that people didn't spoil me. But I am glad that it works both ways. I am wondering if we will catch up over American thanksgiving.

Hope you get some sleep!

I pretty much agree with your complete analysis, so I'll just say CLAIRE! :D Again, because I can. Her Halloween costume was perfect: "I'm a vampire slayer." Faaaaavorite *g*. I have also warmed up to Jordan a lot more than I originally anticipated. They've really, as you said, rounded out her character. She's not just the proverbial roadblock or a stray plot point to be shoved aside later on. Not sure that she can be trusted, as you said, but for the moment I'm going with it. Plus, every time Kate Kelton live tweets during the show, she gets twitter jailed. It's highly entertaining ( ... )

I love how involved this cast seems to be with the fans. It is entertaining. Even if I don't have twitter/am not watching on the American timetable.

I know what you mean about the triangle. Usually I absolutely hate them, but this one just works. Because of how they do it. Claire is snarky enough that I feel that she could hold her own against Duke, without being y'know, evil. It could be fun!

I know that I could find the episode. I just haven't yet. I may stick to the Canadian timetable. We'll see how patient I am. Also, I'm wondering if we catch up over Thanksgiving anyway.

Yes, I enjoyed both this week's and last week's Castle, but this week was better than last week plotwise cos I really didn't expect that seemingly gentle guy who gave them relationship advice to be a hit man for the mob. But I did like the sci fi and other episode where Castle was framed and the one they went to the Hamptons for the weekend better. But like you said, some very nice relationship moments in this week's ep and good that they are showing Gates in a good light too.
I too liked Ryan interviewing the nun.

Wish you a very Happy Birthday and hope you have a great day.

Thanks! Although, my birthday is actually Sunday. I am not sure why LJ decided to tell everyone it was today/yesterday.

I realized it was one of those episodes where I wasn't going to follow everything with the plot and just enjoy the conversations, and the witness twist did occur to me but I hoped he would help Beckett anyway, lol. And yes, Gates is becoming more... something. I loved her face when Martha said she was a bad actress, heehee.

Oh, I ofetn only half pay attention to the cases. It is fun. They are humanizing Gates a bit more, which is nice. I think that's part of what it is. I do like her in the one where she is obsessed with those dolls.
