I squinted and saw the slash. yep I did. but my heart is heavy. this was a tough fic to get through. I was on the verge of tears a lot. Then Danny was rescued, but all wasn't right until Steve was found...and on the road to recovery.

dear author, this was a wonder fic to read.

Such intensity, such brilliance! I was gnawing on my knuckle the entire time I was reading. What a vibrant, sharp picture you drew of each of their circumstances. The pain was so raw and ragged. I loved every minute of it.

Oh my - that was harsh. Very clever plot though, throwing Steve in jail like that was very clever.

And another bad ass military "friend" of Danny's. Yes he definitely does have a type.

In my H50 taste, McDanno will never exist. I am in love with the brotherhood between Steve and Danny and I will always see it that way but, we all have our preferences in our stories.
HOWEVER, whoever read the story, wether it notices the mild slash or not, can’t deny how amazingly well written this piece is. There is no waste and your narrative is gripping. You are an outstanding writer.
