Not the place where Bob Fraser hangs out, but Tom's ultimate plan - where he plans to break down all borders between Canada and the US (and perhaps all countries), merge them into one global community, as he feels that this is the only way forward for Canada.

Why does he feel this? They talk about Tom being on this boat-trip with his father on the Nahanni River and seeing him cry...and that convinced him? Wha? What advantages does Tom see in a 'real global community', and why does he feel that this is the only way forward? Would there really be economic advantage for the Big Business guys if the land was one nation?
