I don't know why but I love rosemary with chicken. A little too obsessively. More than the classic lamb and rosemary combination well to be fair, I don't like lamb It's to the point that I'm craving for it every time I see the word chicken. Seriously brain, what's wrong with you ( Read more... )

If you open my sketchbook, you see that my sketches start out getting inspired by stars, vines, tree roots, leaves, cave, sushi, banana, cabbages, ice cream...

And it doesn't help sometimes I flip through pastry books cause it's just THERE. Sharing schools with culinary students is a bummer =/

conclusion: PUTIH IS A MASOCHIST!
