So, last night I had a dream in which Neal and Elizabeth and Peter went to a non-traditional couples group therapy session, because El and Neal felt like Peter wasn't spending enough time with them, and Peter felt like El and Neal were ganging up on him. The bickered through the whole session, and totally freaked out the other couples (probably ( Read more... )

I'm jealous, I still haven't had any White Collar dreams. :( Although I dreamed about Gaila from Star Trek yesterday.

I kind of love the non-traditional-couples therapy idea.

It was, not to brag about my own subconscious or anything, HILARIOUS. The following exchange may or may not have occurred:

Peter: This is stupid. I don't understand why we can't just go home and talk about this.
El: Because they will be a case, or someone will kidnap Neal, or the game will be on.
Neal: Uh, I'm a little concerned at the nonchalance over my possible kidnapping.
El: Oh, honey, I didn't mean that I think you're going to get snatched off the street--
Neal: No, I know, I know, I was just kidding.
El: And even if you were, Peter would probably still be at the office, so it would be easy for him to come get you.
Neal and El: *Glare at Peter*
Other therapy-goers: *Blink in shock*
Peter: WE COULD TOTALLY HAVE DONE THIS AT HOME.

It's totally up for that! I wish I could, too; I know I miss like 1000000 times as many dreams as I remember.

Also, maybe it could tell me why I was eating that Ritz cracker that time. I DON'T EVEN LIKE THOSE CRACKERS.

That is an amazing dream, my god. Also, it's in-character and makes sense, which is more than can be said for my dreams.

(And have fun with your SO! That is a totally legit reason not to write.)

I was a little sad to wake up, I'll be honest. And the elevator didn't make much sense, as there was an URGENT SENSE OF DOOM but also a looooot of time, but it made sense to my brain while it was happening.

My fingers are crossed! I'm introducing the SO to White Collar tonight (he's a biiiiig Burn Notice fan but he's NEVER WATCHED THIS SHOW), so hopefully Neal & Peter & El will be back for another mental visit.

It is awesome and awful, because I wake up going OMG WHAT A GREAT IDEA and then, you know, fall back asleep. And much of the time the cast of characters in my dreams are friends and family members, but every now and again I get a cameo by the White Collar folks.

One time I had a dream the Draco Malfoy from the Harry Potter series was living in my attic to escape the Death Eaters, and I brought him a sandwich, and he was like "THIS IS NOT THE PATE I REQUESTED" and I kicked him out. I felt bad about that one :D
