So cold here this morning,I realize that 35 degrees for many of you is nothing,but here in Southern California it is cold,I am cold and I don't like it. Were you able to have a visit with your friend Tammie?

I'm quite concerned with the drought situation in Calif, I think if anything, that may be a good reason to move out of the state

Good to hear from you Tricia! I didn't get to see Tammie after all because she had been sick the night before and she didn't want to risk infecting me,hopefully,we will see each other this coming weekend.
I have lived my whole life in California and drought has been an issue so often over the years. I know the cost of living has been a big factor for many to leave the state,I had friends who moved to Oregon a few years back because car registration was cheaper there. As for me,moving out of state will never happen,my roots are too deeply planted here.
