by California veggies do you mean California Spring rolls? No meat of course

Not hardly. We are talking traditional American food... Well food that's been around since I was a child. I'd never heard of California Rolls until about 5 years ago. No-- what I meant is a mix of veggies -- usually cauliflower, carrots & broccoli that you buy in the frozen food section of the grocery. My mom adds feta, mozzarella, cheddar & cream cheese in a white sauce.
