This, my friend (and of course your partner in all senses of the word), is superb.

I kid not.

You have the characters and their voices and little habits nailed perfectly. Spot on. Not just in the big things but in the little things as well (like Gibbs's smile for Ducky).

Great conversations between Abby and Tim and Abby and Gibbs. Typical DiNozzo and poor Tim, I could so clearly feel what he was feeling.

Excellent - really, really excellent.

Thank you. I think I was more worried because this is the first time fic for a new fandom, (As well as for me, since I haven't written anything in a long time) and I could've sworn I had all the characters voices wrong.

Actually, I wanted too post this to mutiple communities but because I'm new to the fandom, I don't know where any of the good ones are.

You are welcome. I can understand the 'first time worries' especially as you haven't written anything for a while. Truly, no, they were spot on. And I'm not just saying that, I mean it. I don't 'do' con crit, but I also don't make a point of saying something that isn't true. So rest assured.

NCIS comms - there are a tremendous amount of them *g* And I have to say that given it's a rare pairing it isn't necessarily going to interest a vast amount of people. But there are Gibbs/McGee fen out there.

I'd recommend ncis_slash and ncisfanfic as being two good places to start (I happen to be a Mod on both of these). There's a header template we like posters to use, but it's pretty much all the 'usual' stuff. Posting to either/both of those will mean the story will get picked up by the ncis_newsletter editors.

And the Guide to NCIS on LJ might interest you, as it lists all the NCIS comms. A fair few of them aren't all that active, but it's worth a browse.

There isn't, as far as I'm aware, a specific Gibbs/McGee comm.

*hugs* Thanks for the recs. I was able to find a few more communities, but I feel like I should get a few more fics under my belt before posting there.

Also, I forgot to say I'm glad you spotted the Secret-Only-for-Ducky smile. I felt it needed to go in, along with his secret smile he keeps from everyone. Because, it's Ducky and in almost half the fanfic I've read he seems to be the odd man out.
