Tendonitis

I think I have tendonitis in my right arm
What are some things I can do for the next 6 months to give it a rest but still work out with weight?

Make sure you warm up properly. Do some light sets before you get to your working weight and stretch. If you are still in pain, I would recommend resting for at least a week.

Wikipedia says 6 months. I didnt go to the gym for almost 2 weeks and it still bothers me

Have you gone to the doctor?

Sometimes you can continue working out despite having tendonitis, but your case seems more serious...

My interior elbows are jacked from heavy chins and banging them on the table one to many time.

Doc told me roll up's and not heavy movements for 4 weeks....
