DEAR GYMRATS,
I am writing to let you know that I have recently SUCCESSFULLY moved up to the 15-pound dumbbells. And that I have biceps now, and they are very adorable and I love and am proud of them. I try to explain these things to people in my real life, but I think they are mostly confused by them. Anyway, for a girl who was on the 10-pound dumbbells 6 weeks ago, this is v. exciting news. :)
