I need some help, fellow gymrats! I'm kind of freaking out here. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and of course I know I'll be eating a lot. But the gym will be closed for the holiday, so I won't have any way to burn it all off. Plus I hate breaking my routine. I'm afraid that if I miss a day, I won't get back into the routine, and that really scares me. I haven't eaten anything at all today, but I don't know if that'll be enough to make up for tomorrow. What should I do?
