I'm thinking of apping as Klavier. :) Has there been any interest expressed yet? I won't be able to commit for a few weeks due to outstanding work, but I thought I'd put out my feelers.

I do know of someone interested in applying for Klav, so if you're not going to be available for several weeks, I'm afraid I can't guarantee we'll hold the role that long. But we are planning on making some changes to the RP soon, so if he's still open when you have the time or if there's someone else you'd want to play, you're very welcome to apply~

Another question, if it's ok... just how much retconning do you think would be appropriate with him? I'm interested to hear what changes you intend to make to the rp, as I have to admit I haven't been watching the rp and I imagine there's a great deal of history that I wouldn't want to tread on. Would you expect your player to pick up Klavier's relationships as-is (an example being his going out with Ema, something I can't quite see myself) or is there a certain amount of leeway?

We haven't made the announcement official yet outside of comm members, but we're going to jump ahead several years to put the timeline closer to AJ (so Klavier would be 23). Some of us are keeping our characters and so some of that history will be around, but even then we're doing plenty of ret-conning and tweaking already.

Our Ema is staying too, so if you were to get Klav, the two of you would have to work it out if they broke up at some point, if it was on good terms, or even downplay the interaction they had to say that it was never that serious to begin with, etc. When it comes to retcons, all that really matters is that the players they concern are comfortable with them.

Half the idea of the time skip is to draw in new players, so we want to make sure there's a lot of freedom there.

I wrote out a Klavier application, but I don't think I'd be that good. ^_^;

Since there are some others (who are probably waaay better than me!) who are interested in playing Klavier, I wouldn't mind deleting my app!
