Hm. The whole thing just reminded me of Ema Skye for some reason. Like drawing in a sketchbook at random rimes, and Ema always takes notes in her notepad when she's excited. And trying to help a victim reminds me of Ema trying to help Neil Marshall. Yeah. xD

I also got an Ema Skye vibe. The endearing character traits and being blamed for murder because of trying to help the victim out remind me of her, as well as the overall hyperness and just general vibe.
