I'd have to say Ushio. He's a cool guy, and when he shoved that magazine or whatever it was into his eyebrows I burst into laughter that I'm sure woke up half the apartment complex.

Alex Hawkeye(GX) is a close second to Ushio. Not sure how to explain it other than I think he's real cool, and also he runs machines. And Petey.
