For no other reason than I haven't been allowed to have enough sleep, and possibly because the moon is full (swollen and bloody with promise... mmm, entrails), I'm finding myself really irritated by everything right now.

Edit: And I hat, I hate, I hate well-meaning neighbours!

I think they were hip to the whole 'well-meaning neighbour' thing. THe phone call started "This is Senior Constable Blah-Blah from Queanbeyan. Don't worry, nothing's wrong".

Which was nice.

The neighbours in question haven't had a damn thing to do with us in the last fifteen years, so why they should suddenly care, aside from it kinda looks like a proto-haunted house ATM, I don't really know.
