A well-written, if short, book about a teen from Chicago who moves down to New Orleans to live with his jazz musician father a few months before Katrina. Unable to evacuate when their car breaks down, they are forced to spend the storm in the Superdome, and the experience teaches the both a little bit about humanity and each other.
