What makes Forever Knight interesting is that Toronto actually stands in for Toronto, not for an American city.
Robocrap: the series had us stand in for, I believe, future Chicago.
I don't know what city we were supposed to be in Kung Fu: The Legend Continues, but it was American.

Ah, KF:TLC. I'd forgotten about that one. Somehow I thought it was Chicago, but I could be wrong. I liked that show.
