Help a vidder out?

I've been compiling sources for a multifandom vid for Club Vivid, and for some reason I can't figure out, two episodes of Agent Carter refuse to convert for me and I can't get a usable copy that will work in Final Cut. I can convert every other episode I got from iTunes using Tune4Mac, but neither of these will work in a format that I can then

I'm trying to get a Tune4Mac copy working on mine, so far it's converting fine. I'll let you know if it works once I get back home in a few hours or so.
