Okay, that house is fucking awesome! I've got a radio, but no speakers (it only has a headphone jack).
Oh, I just received a cd of my second favorite (and incredibly rare) Christmas album today: A Lump of Coal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Lump_of_Coal). The Henry Rollins "Night Before Christmas" is not to be missed. I'll try and put it up for DL soon.
