When will I ever learn?

I don't know why I can't learn to shut my yap. As soon as I speak up about the exercising, I fall down the stairs in my back porch and wreck my ankles and my elbow. I'm honestly not sure if it's sprain/strain arena, or we're talking cracks or breaks. Sorry to hear that there was a vicious gravity surge.

I second that notion of more Ice in my Campari.

I can't believe it's been two years - seems like only yesterday you were showing pix of New Cat.

Meanwhile, I'm sharing the bruises. Just my ankle, but it's a mess of bruise and swelling. On the plus side, it's nice to see I still know how to apply an ace bandage. So, um, yay?

I'm really sorry to hear about your fall -- GAAAHHHH! Please monitor yourself closely, and if your elbow and ankle don't start feeling better in a day or two, go see your doc and get them x-rayed.

Gah, ever since I was told my bone density sucks, I have this idea that I'm like the glass man in Amelie, and I'll shatter a dozen bones if I ever fall, so I'm kind of terrified of that happening.
