New Measure chapter

Nov 11, 2004 18:14

So the lastest chapter of The Measure of a Man is up at last: Ch. 7 A Whiter Shade of Pale is actually a pretty short piece in which Dawn and Xander share some conversation, Spike and Buffy throw down, and Giles and Willow get a glimpse of the future. Sorry again for how long it takes me to write these. But I think I'm over the hump at last and now ( Read more... )

I actually reread Measure of a Man a few weeks ago, so I was very pleased to see a new chapter. Which I loved, by the way. I'm curious as hell about what Spike and Buffy's conversation was like, and how long it lasted before the harbingers interrupted.

I'm interested to see how you're going to tie in the actual events of season 7. Is this some alternate universe of Things Not Meant to Be? Whatever happens, I'm at least sure I'll enjoy the story.

Would you actually like to know what the general outline is? I could tell you if you did. It's kind of a mix of S7 stuff and Angel S4 thrown in, but without the annoying wannabe slayers. ;-) I really hated the SITs. I've never written anything wholly AU, mostly I just spin a what-if scenario. This one's farther afield, but it's my much larger what-if.

Without SITs!

Thank you, but I'm as anal about spoilers for the WIPs I read as I am about TV shows (I even avoid spoilers for TV shows I don't watch or care about). As long as you don't become hopelessly stalled (knock on wood), I'd much rather read it as it plays out.

Without SITs!
Woohoo!
