God I feel so badly for Ennis thinking all this time that Jack was dead that mean old bastard of a father of his for telling Ennis this. It well it is just plain mean and hurtful. As for breaking the rules not a good sign putting yourself out in harms way is worse for the other rescuers because now they have you to worry about as well. But, love is love and we all do stupid things when we are in love. I sure hope that Ennis finds him and it all works out. Jack is a good man and well, I think he won't have a good nights sleep until he is asleep in the arms of the one person who can lull him to a good night sleep. One Ennis Del Mar will be the one thing that will let him slumber and rest and feel comforted by. Joe

Old man Twist- is he a human being at all???? How can he be so mean and hurtful to both Jack and Ennis?
Reading your story is like doing a puzzle. Every Sunday there are several new pieces to slot into the right place- love it
