you've definitely said things to me that have really made me think..

idk, so much of our socializing is only skin deep that sometimes it's nice to really let someone know your mind and so much the better if it feels like they actually understand :P I think that's why I write here anyway.

I post here mostly to get things out of my head. Ultimately I know that it's not only that, and the fact that I don't keep a private journal tells me that deep down I want people to read what I write. I don't expect comments, but I'm often happy when I get them.

I agree with Maggie, in that some of the greatest conversations I've had have been with you. The idea of the 'Silent-yet-wise' philosopher type is a nice idea, but like you said, it's hard to accomplish. I would say that by speaking your mind when you think it's important to do so, while at the same time maybe saying things that are not important, is often a double edge sword. If you are speaking a lot, when will people know to listen to the most important part? While at the same time, if you never speak, who will be around when you do, and it is important?

Say what you want, but use discretion. Chose your words whether they are important or not.
