Y'know, I share your sentiments about Valentine's Day. I just don't get it. Maybe it's got something to do with me always being "the friend" and nothing more, but I don't care much for the fourteenth of February. Why have just one day of showing your affection for another person? You should be doing that every single day (or roughly there-abouts), but no. We as a society like to take advantage of our emotions and commericalize it, putting a price tag on something that can't be described. I don't know if love exists anymore; all I see is lust and suffering because of it.

You would think I should have a LJ account, but that might be another can of worms. =p.
