This looks fun, but I have a few questions.
1. Is the 10 weeks to complete the icons starting from now, or when we've chosen our theme?
2. Is the theme the same for all the icons, or does each icon need a theme?
3. Can I see an example of a 100icon thats not GW? Cause this would be my first time doing this... ^_^,

Well 1. the 10 weeks start when you choose your icons, extension can be granted.

2. your subject, say you choose Heero, he has to be in all 100 icons. but 50 of those icons have to fit the 50 themes i've got in the info section.

As we're completing the icons, do we have to post them here? Or can we post them in a personal/art lj and just link here using a fake-cut?

you can do either scenario. but you need to make sure if you have it fake posted to your own blog, that i can get to it. and you may cross post your icons to whereever you want

Are we allowed to use fanart if we credit that artist? I'm thinking of attempting a hundred icon challenge and this is my current favourite fandom ^_^

I would prefer that you create new ones, but you may use old ones. after all, what fun is a new challenge using old icons? :D

I'd like to pick a theme and whatnot, however I have a small problem. I'm slow. The chances of me making 100 icons in 10 weeks is unrealistic and I'm not sure how the hell anyone could do that. So... I think maybe putting a time limit on something like this is a little... harsh, especially such a short time limit.

Can that be changed by any chance? You may get more people joining if they didn't have such a short deadline.

actually, imo 10 weeks is okay for 100 icons. i've done it at 2 other sites for 2 different fandoms. but i do allow an extension for the icons at the end of 10 weeks if people want it. the 10 weeks is there just so people don't take 10 months or 10 years to do them

I guess everyone's opinion and icon making speed are different. I'll probably need at least two extentions if I'm to join this comm. I take my time with my icons and can't make them one after another. I'll go weeks or even months without having made a single icon!
