Saturday I went with Mark and Dia of the 8 kids to the Monterey Beer Festival because Mark, who has been in several U2 tribute bands, was sitting in for Bonalmost of Zoo Station, who is in a musical or something and doesn't have time for beer fests

When I don't bounce back well after a med break, I increase the dose by a quarter or half a pill for 3 to 5 days and it generally sort of boosts me back up. Then I go back top the regular dose. My doctor approved this and I don't feel any weird side affects from it. Ymmv, of course.
