They have experts in cyber-stalking and real-life stalking as well. They are attorneys and other law professionals who know the laws in your area and what can be done to get rid of the little fucktard.

Yes, if you can put her away, then do so. If not, if she's playing the game so you can't prove anything, please, try your best to ignore her. The more she knows she's getting to you, the more she is going to try to get to you. Letting her bug you is granting her power over your life, and you don't want that.
