I'm forever annoyed with that long, drawn out scene in Blade Runner where Rachael and Deckard hook up. First off, it's idiotic when she takes her hair down at the piano and *poof!* it went from a hairspray helmet to a perfectly coifed "sexy" 1980's do. Have you read the book? I found it much more satisfying. The movie is epic for what it is, but something about it always made me feel a little off.

The movie was filmed quite bizarrely. I imagine there were 10 different shots in between that were edited out.

It is an "ew" scene and it's meant to be. There's nothing normal about this relationship, at least not by hum,an standards.

The book is VERY different by the way, enough so that I count the film as a separate piece of art.

Interesting! Have you seen all 2w38423987 different endings to it? I've caught two now (theatrical release = L.A.M.E.). Going to hunt down the others.
