It is (count 'em) only NINE DAYS until the new series begins to air, and I think it's high time we began to celebrate. Next friday I plan to hold a party post, but until then, here are some of the MANY awesome promos and stills of our ladies in series 2 to help get us all in the right frame of mind. -_^

As for Gwen, I read that description and YAY, I'm glad she's getting screentime and development. Plus the potential awkwardness in that episode could be EPIC. Hopefully she gets more screentime throughout the whole season and not just one or two eps like last series because I quite literally CANNOT get enough of her.

And yeah, if she gets to have swords and stuff I will SQUEE FOREVER (not like I have a kink for Gwen and swordfighting or blacksmithing, or anything).

Morgana's promos for ep3 look AMAZING. Looks like the Druids have kidnapped her and she may have even been injured judging from another of those shots, but at the same time I don't get a malicious vibe from those shots of Colin Salmon, so it could be they simply need her for something and it was the only way they could see to get her alone. In the pics, she seems afraid, but listening, if that makes sense

I think Morgana may have been caught out - ambushed or something - by one group of people (druids? general ruffian-types?) and rescued by another - the ones she's pictured with. She doesn't trust them, they don't know what to do with her - but probably they'll be the ones to tell her what's actually going on with her dreams. The fact that Mordred also has promos from this episode suggests that he's kicking around too and I doubt the people who have Mordred will mean Morgana any harm. It'll be an awesome episode for Morgana by the looks of it, though - her meeting the druids will be REALLY interesting to see.

Oh I like that, it seems to fit better with the general vibe I get from the photos. And nah, I definitely don't think the Druids mean Morgana any harm. I can't WAIT to see what Morgana makes of them.

I can't take the anticipation! I've never been this excited about a TV show before, it's weird. It think it's the waiting EIGHT MONTHS BETWEEN SEASONS. ;_;

I'm excited but the excitement brings me some trepidation, because I WAS this excited about the second series of Robin Hood and THAT did not end well. PLEASE DON'T SCREW THIS UP, AUNTY BEEB. ;_;

they both look lovely, don't they?! :D i hope gwen gets more screen time too, considering the myth and everything, and i like her new wardrobe too.

we need more of the girls i think and at least in ep 3 it looks like we will :D

Morgana doesn't look that uncomfortable amongst all the druids either, and Colin Salmon seems to be giving off wise, better-mentor-than-Gaius vibes, which be the perfect opportunity for Morgana to start the breakthrough. And we're on ep3!

Gwen's plotlines make me lol way too much.

Here's hoping that in addition to all these, we get episodes which are about the two of them, too!
