Awww, thanks! Let me know how it turns out. I still have like, 2-3 servings of the chicken left in my fridge, and I kind of despair of eating it, so anyone else's success with it would be awesome. (This whole recipe could probably feed 6 people for dinner, and definitely 4 hungry people).
I don't think I'd be able to clear you up on the chicken, since I don't make/eat it, but in general I can tell you how the recipe turns out! I'm especially thrilled about it looking like one of the cream-based dishes, because I cannot find a sauce like that. I need to give the small Indian grocery in Culver City a closer look, but if I can make it myself, even better!
